Work Model : Flexible. Option to work onsite (Andalusia region) and / or Remote (from Spain)

Salary : up to €80K p / a

Bonus : up to 15%

AL : 23 days increasing to 25 days after 12 months

Flexible Compensation Plan : up to 30% of annual gross salary

Language Courses : 75% Language lessons (valued at a max. 96€ per month for 12 months)

Summer working hours : two last weeks of July and August working from 8am until 3pm

Role : Global Payroll Program Manager (to lead payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and organizational standards).

Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the global payroll function ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all regions.

Develop and implement payroll strategies that meet the requirements of diverse international markets.

Oversee payroll system integrations and enhancements to improve efficiency and data integrity.

Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll processing and reporting.

Manage relationships with external payroll vendors and service providers to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor changes in legislation and compliance requirements related to payroll and implement necessary updates to processes and systems.

Provide training and support to payroll teams globally to ensure adherence to policies and best practices.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in global payroll management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

Experience with payroll software and systems integration, with an emphasis on innovative solutions.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

PRINCE2 certification or equivalent preferred
