As a pioneering organization in the medical aesthetic device technology sector, we are seeking an exceptional Strategic Human Resources Leader to drive our growth initiatives across EMEA and APAC.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to spearhead our transformation as we expand our global presence. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with our commercial and marketing operations.

Key responsibilities include :

Designing and implementing HR frameworks that support business growth
Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR matters
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organizational development and performance improvement
Leading a team of HR Business Partners and overseeing HR functions in the region

To excel in this role, you must possess :

A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

Extensive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position

Proven business partnering skills, with a track record of success in commercial and marketing organizations

Excellent communication and leadership capabilities, with experience working in global or multinational environments

The ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization
