GENERAL DESCRIPTION The O&M Data Governance and Reporting Specialist will support company’s O&M activities as part of the Corporate O&M team. This role will focus on defining, implementing, and optimizing operational reporting and data governance procedures within the company's technological stack, ensuring efficiency, automation, and alignment with business needs. We are seeking a detail-oriented and a analytical profile which must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams and being able to communicate results and findings in an adapted manner to the audience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and establish operational reporting procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in reporting processes.
• Implement and integrate reporting procedures within the company’s technological stack, optimizing and automating them where possible.
• Develop and standardize operational report templates tailored to different audiences, ensuring clarity and relevance.
• Set up BI-driven operational report templates that can be shared and accessed by stakeholders across the organization.
• Support the collection, preparation, and validation of data sets, ensuring high-quality inputs for operational reporting.
• Define and implement data governance procedures for managing operational data across the organization, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and security.
• Identify data needs and gaps in collaboration with internal teams and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
• Establish clear protocols for data sharing with stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and data needs and continuously enhance capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in operational reporting and data governance for offshore wind sites.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on the use of reporting tools, templates, and data governance policies. ACADEMIC BACKGROUND AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• A degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.G., Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or a related field) is required.
• Experience in operational reporting, data governance, analytics, or business intelligence within an industrial or energy sector. Understanding of onshore / offshore wind business is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar) and reporting automation.
• Solid understanding of data management, governance frameworks, and reporting best practices.
• Experience with SCADA, PI System, or other industrial data management platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities. LANGUAGES
