Supply Planner HCB

What you'll do

Develop and review the long-range supply plan (24 months to 5 years).

Plan deployment requirements for 6-24 months for the region.

Review the supply network to identify constraints and under-utilizations, propose expansion or contraction needs, and communicate findings to supply chain leadership.

Support inventory analysis by reviewing inventory policies, tracking and managing slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes.

Identify finished goods requirements in markets and propose allocations based on business priorities.

Contribute to regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP).

Collaborate with operational supply planning teams.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning performance.

What makes you a good fit

Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a Supply Chain Master’s Degree.

4-5 years of experience in supply chain or material planning.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Proficient with advanced planning tools (e.g., APO, Kinaxis, o9, OMP).

Experience with ERP systems like SAP.

Good team player with motivation to grow within the supply chain team.
