Overview Human Resources Operations Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various tasks related to HR operations, ensuring compliance with general administration of payroll and contracts, and analyzing HR data for decision-making purposes.
Key Responsibilities Legal HR : Identify dismissal situations and support the HR Legal team in dismissals.
HR Operations : Manage employees on SAP and SF platforms, including payroll, taxes, social security, reporting, global mobility, and contract management.
Compliance & Policy : Ensure compliance with general administration of payroll and contracts, and analyze HR data for decision-making purposes.
Requirements Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
Postgraduate or master\'s degree in a related area, and additional training in HR tools.
5 years of experience in People Operations or a similar HR role, with a focus on process design.
Preferred Skills Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous attention to detail, proactive, self-starting, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
This is a temporary position with a 6-month contract, offering the opportunity for internalization. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Spain, and be able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
