What will you be doing?

• Working alongside the other members of the IT team on our service desk to help deliver 1st class support to our Spotters across Europe.

• Deploying and managing our end user devices ensuring theyre kept up to date and compliant with our security standards

• Managing access to our internal platforms and systems

• Onboarding new staff members providing training on internal systems, tools & best practices

• Collaborating with other teams using technology to help solve problems

• Assisting on exciting new IT projects for an expanding start up

What are we looking for?

• Being able to sign a University/School agreement

• Fluent in Spanish & English

• Strong troubleshooting & problem solving skills

• Basic understanding of networking

• Based in Madrid

Technologies we use right now:

• Google Suite & Office365

• Device Management platforms including Microsoft Intune & FleetSmith

• Hosted Infrastructure in AWS & Microsoft Azure

• Internal collaboration tools such as Slack, Confluence and Zendesk

• Operating systems: Ubuntu (linux), Windows and MacOS
