Your role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Director supporting the South Europe (Portugal, Italy, and Spain) region within our CHVAC Segment.

This role involves directing the finance function for our CHVAC (Commercial HVAC solutions and Service unit) and supporting the CHVAC Headquarters in South Europe.

You’ll provide financial partnership with business unit leadership to achieve performance targets, ensure compliance with internal controls and policies, and lead the development of forecasts and plans.

Your key responsibilities include :

• Providing financial planning, forecasting, and operational analysis
• Developing comprehensive annual and strategic business plans
• Business partnering and decision support
• Engaging with product line and operational managers to meet financial commitments
• Leading FP&A functions and collaborating with accounting, control, credit, and collections teams
• Evaluating investments and capital projects
• Implementing Carrier financial policies and ensuring compliance
• Preparing and presenting business reviews

Who we’re looking for?

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team supporting a multi-entity portfolio of approximately $300M in the HVAC segment.

This leadership role requires a self-driven individual capable of exceeding financial and growth objectives while maintaining compliance.
