Descripción del trabajoSolid professional experience as a Backend Engineer with Golang . Strong background in building APIs and working with scalable, distributed architectures . Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS : S3, SNS, SQS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus. Knowledge of PHP / Symfony is valued but not required. Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative team mindset. Hybrid work model with 4 days onsite at our office in Poblenou, Barcelona . Up to 32 vacation days based on tenure (starting with 28 ). Option to work up to 10 days / year remotely from another EU country. Private health insurance . What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Golang .
- Collaborate with QA to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of new features.
- Continuously refactor and optimize code for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Monitor production systems, proactively improving stability and performance .
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to thorough technical documentation.
