The Programmatic Specialist will be responsible for leading user acquisition and monetization strategies through our key DSP and Ad Network partners, helping to scale our entire portfolio of apps globally. This role will leverage data and analytics to identify strategic opportunities that increase revenue and maximize yield across the programmatic stack. The Programmatic Specialist will also work closely with our SEM and Paid Social teams to effectively coordinate new launches and align the overall user acquisition strategy.

Responsibilities :

  • Set up and manage digital display campaigns for iOS and Android apps across multiple programmatic channels, including ad networks, exchanges, trading desks, and DSPs, ensuring reach, efficiency, and performance KPIs are met.
  • Drive continuous campaign optimization to maximize ROAS.
  • Identify online media buying opportunities by growing current relationships and establishing new partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to align with company objectives.
  • Prepare performance reports on campaign delivery and performance.
  • Generate new audiences using DMPs for better customer targeting.
  • Stay updated with the AdTech ecosystem and app industry to implement innovative solutions.

Requirements :

  • At least 2 years of experience in programmatic advertising (Publisher, Agency, DSP, SSP), preferably with iOS / Android apps.
  • Deep understanding and experience working with SKAdNetwork for iOS user acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong skills in working with large datasets and performance metrics, focusing on LTV and user quality impact.
  • Comfortable managing large budgets.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing measurement methodologies.
  • Proactive work ethic under pressure and ability to build strong relationships with DSPs and partners.
