What you’ll do : Develop and implement advanced techniques for compressing and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs), applying quantum-inspired approaches to solve complex problems across multiple domains. Conduct rigorous evaluations of model performance, fine-tuning and enhancing LLMs for accuracy, efficiency, and robustness. Build practical applications with LLMs, such as RAG systems and AI agents. Collaborate on model assessment, propose enhancements, and design novel solutions to improve performance. Work on other deep learning areas, including computer vision, and contribute to custom client solutions. Document experiments, workflows, and results comprehensively, and mentor junior team members. Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI and deep learning, and recommend new tools or methods as needed. What we’re looking for : Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph. D. in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. 2+ years of experience designing, training, or fine-tuning deep learning models, ideally transformer-based or computer vision models. Strong hands-on experience with libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, Accelerate, and Datasets. Solid theoretical foundation in deep learning and neural networks. Experience with GPU architectures, cloud deployment (AWS preferred), containerization (Docker), and AI inference environments. Excellent Python programming skills and familiarity with Py Torch or similar frameworks. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
