Leading a team of procurement professionals, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain functions within the organization.
Job Requirements
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to achieve quality, cost, and service level targets.
- Provide technical support and guidance to buyers on non-catalog items.
- Collaborate with EMEA and Global Category Sourcing Teams to develop and execute EMEA wide agreements and opportunities.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to FRS non-catalog initiatives and provide monthly reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field with 1+ year of experience; Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve business objectives.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Able to define problems and take ownership of challenges.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
