Leading a team of procurement professionals, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain functions within the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to achieve quality, cost, and service level targets.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to buyers on non-catalog items.
  • Collaborate with EMEA and Global Category Sourcing Teams to develop and execute EMEA wide agreements and opportunities.
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to FRS non-catalog initiatives and provide monthly reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field with 1+ year of experience; Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to define problems and take ownership of challenges.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
