We’re a new international studio based in Spain, founded by industry-leading VFX and film professionals with backgrounds at world-class studios such as Weta FX, ILM, Framestore, and DNEG. Our work spans VFX, animation, production, and AI-driven tools, creating a full creative ecosystem for next-generation storytelling.

The Role : Pipeline / Tools Developer

We’re looking for a talented Pipeline / Tools Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll build and maintain the tools and systems that keep our productions running smoothly. You’ll collaborate closely with artists, supervisors, and production teams to optimize workflows, solve complex technical challenges, and enable creativity at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with artists and production teams to streamline workflows and manage data efficiently.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reliable, high-quality code for internal tools and pipeline systems.
  • Anticipate production needs and communicate effectively with leadership to prioritize solutions.
  • Implement unit and functional tests while driving continuous improvement of tools and processes.
  • Adapt quickly to a dynamic environment where priorities evolve and innovation is encouraged.

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience in Python programming and scripting for Nuke, Houdini, Blender, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of software APIs and creative / VFX production workflows.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js for front-end / back-end integration.
  • Hands-on experience with 2D & 3D applications and pipeline tools.
  • Knowledge of video and image formats as well as industry standards.
  • Experience building Python UIs with QT-based frameworks.
  • Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with build / distribution ecosystems (e.g., Rez ).
  • Familiarity with production tracking tools (e.g., ShotGrid ).
