About This Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the development of ERP capabilities tailored to the unique needs of public sector, nonprofit organisations, and higher education institutions. As a mission-driven product director, you will combine industry insight with hands-on product management skills to build solutions that help these organisations operate more efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Industry Strategy & Roadmap Alignment : Define and maintain a comprehensive industry roadmap aligned with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as the industry voice in product planning conversations with horizontal product teams, collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support evangelism of our product strategy.
• Customer & Market Insight : Engage directly with customers, partners, and policy experts to gather insights and validate product direction, working across the company to monitor sector-specific regulations, funding models, and compliance frameworks.
