Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer with a strong background in Supply Chain, Retail, or Inventory management and exceptional software development skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Architect and build microservices-based applications.
  • Leverage expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to design and deploy scalable and resilient systems.
  • Utilize the Spring framework to build robust and efficient backend services.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Domain Expertise : Strong professional background in Supply Chain, Retail, or Inventory management systems.
  • Microservices : Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices architectures.
  • Cloud Computing : Extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Frameworks : Deep expertise in the Spring framework and its ecosystem.
  • Leadership : Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
  • Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
