Network Specialist

Overview

As a Network Specialist, you will lead the strategic development and delivery of DERTOUR DMC connectivity services—including LAN, WAN, remote access, Zero Trust, and firewalling. You’ll define the future operating model, shape the network strategy, and drive service maturity while building a high-performing team and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Define and execute the global strategy for network services, including operating model design and implementation.
• Operational Excellence : Ensure 24 / 7 stable, secure, and resilient network operations. Deliver standard and customized solutions that exceed customer expectations and optimize cost-efficiency.
• Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify weak areas and inefficiencies across network and infrastructure, driving ongoing enhancements to performance and reliability.
• Team Empowerment : Build and lead a skilled, committed, and culturally diverse team across time zones and organizational structures. Promote clear priorities and strong leadership.
• Compliance & Governance : Oversee outsourcing activities and ensure supplier compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements.
• Financial Stewardship : Manage the network services budget, optimize costs, and ensure regulatory efficiency.
• Organizational Development : Enhance the team structure and lead change management initiatives aligned with agile transformation goals.
