WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 2 / 3 years of professional software development experience
• 2 / 3 years hands-on experience building enterprise applications with OutSystems

Strong backend development skills and mastery of RESTful APIs

Deep understanding of low-code platforms, architecture patterns, and best practices

Proven ability to lead technical design, code reviews, and delivery of High-Impact projects

Excellent functional and technical analysis capabilities

Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Experience working in agile, multicultural teams

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of OutSystems applications

Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions

Coach and support development teams, promoting coding standards and best practices

Integrate OutSystems with external systems and services via APIs and custom connectors

Conduct code reviews, enforce quality gates, and drive continuous improvement

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize features and deliverables

Contribute to evolving development processes, tools, and reusable components
