MANUFACTURING QUALITY ASSURANCE (F / M / X)

Overview Join to apply for the MANUFACTURING QUALITY ASSURANCE (F / M / X) role at ITP Aero .

The main objective of this project is to contribute to product and process quality assurance in manufacturing, with a focus on APQP / PPAP, validation, change management and prevention of defects, while collaborating on continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities Review and deployment of the technical requirements of the Process / Product.

Product Validation (FAI).

Change and Non-Conforming Product Management.

Advanced Quality Planning (APQP) collaborating in the realization of key elements of the PPAP (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC).

Collaborate in the definition and implementation of the Zero Escapes program based on the following lines of work :

Advance in standardization and problem solving methodologies, collaborating in agile and robust implementation of containment actions as well as in multi-causal analysis and in transversalization and identification of latent causes that allow us to take a significant step forward in prevention.

Strengthen product quality assurance at the source, through the use of tools such as self-control and RFT.

Profile / Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or similar.

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in the area of product / process quality in an aircraft / aerospace manufacturing context.

Knowledge :

Aeronautical and internal System, Process, Product regulations

APQP-PPAP

First Sample validation

Solid knowledge of applied statistics

Machining manufacturing processes, Non Destructive Testing and Special Processes type Shot Peening

Knowledge of inspection methods in the area.

Language : Advanced English.
