Process Control Specialist

Job Summary

This role involves performing testing and driving controls across various processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for research-based monitoring of processes, identifying and remedying misconduct, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform control management testing activities for multiple formats, including RBST, PBST, and Conduct Risk.
• Review and enhance policies and procedures for accuracy and clarity in execution.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and calibration call sessions to identify compliance, policy, procedural, case auctioning, and system gaps.
• Develop solutions with peers, leaders, and assigned business partners to close identified gaps.
• Regularly review processes and procedures for effective controls and identify opportunities for enhancements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios effectively.

They should also have experience in operational risk management, preferably within a Risk or Internal Audit function.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field is essential, with advanced degrees or certifications being advantageous.
