Senior Finance Executive

Mondrian and Hyde Ibiza are two unique lifestyle hotel brands that have an opportunity to showcase their idyllic presence in Cala Llonga beach in Ibiza. Mondrian is a sleek wonderland with highly designed public spaces, while Hyde is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise.

The properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets, ranging from premium sushi and ocean-to-table Balearic fare. Reporting to the General Manager, the hotels operate under Ennismore, a leading hospitality company, in collaboration with Apollo.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strong financial management within a robust control environment.
• Provide accurate accounting records and financial reports for the hotels.
• Manage finance relationships with operations and finance at hotels and head office to ensure quality service through input.
• Manage owner and asset manager relationships.
• Ensure accurate VAT daily and monthly reporting to Spanish tax authorities.
• Manage payroll accounting, reporting, and analysis of variations to forecast / budget.
• Lead balance sheets, P&L, cashflow, capital, and other elements.
• Deliver high-quality management information and performance measurement.
• Optimize systems to improve efficiency and information.
