We are looking for a CRM & Automation Analyst with strong expertise in Braze and a strategic mindset to design, execute, and optimize large-scale automated communication programs.

What you’ll do

• Design, build, and optimize automated journeys and multichannel campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS, in-browser, etc.) using Braze .
• Analyze behavioral, engagement, and conversion data to generate actionable insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define and manage advanced audience segmentation and personalization logic (attributes, events, Liquid tags, Connected Content).
• Collaborate closely with strategy, data, creative, and tech teams to develop and execute integrated CRM campaigns & strategies .
• Implement A / B testing and preferred-channel tests to optimize performance and user experience.
• Produce performance reports and insights to guide decision-making and demonstrate impact.
• Ensure adherence to marketing automation best practices , deliverability standards, and compliance (consent, privacy, opt-ins).
