Overview Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Industrial Data Management Solutions Expert to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving growth by identifying and engaging new industrial clients, utilities, and Independent Power Producers (IPPs) to expand our customer base.

Your mission will be to drive business development through prospecting, relationship nurturing, and full sales cycle ownership — from discovery and solution fit through proposal, negotiation, and closing. You will collaborate closely with our Product, Marketing, and Strategy teams to ensure alignment between client needs and our solutions.

Responsibilities Create and deliver tailored value propositions to demonstrate how our data management solutions meet client-specific needs.

Lead negotiations, manage contract processes, and close significant licensing agreements with industrial and utility-scale clients.

Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with existing customers.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our technical and product teams to ensure alignment between client needs and solution capabilities. We are looking for someone who can provide market insights and feedback for continuous product enhancement.

Identifying and engaging new industrial clients, utilities, and IPPs to expand our customer base.

Closing significant licensing agreements with industrial and utility-scale clients.

Developing and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with existing customers.

Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need :

A solid understanding of the industrial sector, including SCADA systems, operational technology (OT), and data-management solutions.

3+ years of experience in industrial software technical sales and business development for industrial and utility clients (IIoT, SCADA / HMI, OPC Servers, Edge Gateways, Historians, DataOps, etc.).

Professional proficiency in English; Spanish native or bilingual preferred.

Proven ability to build, nurture, and maintain relationships with decision-makers in industrial environments and close complex multi-stakeholder deals.
