Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth;
• Lead data-driven campaigns and product positioning rooted in deep customer and market understanding across all marketing channels including CRM, digital, social media, performance marketing, and affiliate marketing;
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness;
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with Binance community, partners, and stakeholders through regular communication and engagement activities;
• Plan and implement community-building strategies via various local social channels and offline events to drive engagement and foster a sense of community among users;

Collaborate closely with the ES Marketing Lead and other regional and global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing strategies.

Requirements :

Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
