Payment Solutions Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate payment solutions for the business in Spain and Portugal region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying the best payment methods, following up on external agents' deposits, and maintaining contact with key providers.

Responsibilities

  • Learns about different payment methods such as ACH, CIT, Card Terminals, etc.
  • Creates a detailed list of available payment methods and their respective fees / cost.
  • Rolls out settlement methods like card payments, CIT, Smart Safes, ACH, etc.
  • Compares different providers and selects the best alternative.
  • Develops contingency plans and executes them if one settlement method is blocked.
  • Finds and maintains contact with main representatives from each provider company.
  • Reviews current agents' performance data (Gross, EBIT, Txts, Volume, etc.) and provides feedback to the manager.
  • Ensures new agents understand their payment method.
  • Reviews and adjusts pick-up schedule services accordingly in Fx-Client.

Requirements

  • A-level education or degree in finance an advantage.
  • 2-3 years' work experience as an office clerk.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese highly valued.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Previous experience in financial services or business development area valuable.
