Descripción del trabajoSupporting legal matters in project development and transactions, ensuring seamless risk management and contract negotiation. Collaborating with business development teams to draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including EPC contracts, land options, leases, and connection agreements. Overseeing project financial close, reviewing and drafting loan agreements, security agreements, and common terms agreements. Drive project success through effective legal support. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Stay up-to-date on local laws, regulations, and policies, applying knowledge to inform project decisions.
As a seasoned legal professional in the renewable or power industry, you will possess :
