Strategic Planning Manager

Your responsibilities :

Monitoring and analysis of KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Analyze an organization's goals and objectives.

Working across relevant functional leads, establishing a circuit of workshops and regular meetings with different areas.

Management of balanced scorecard methodology within the company and sharing knowledge on the approach.

Make presentations on the research conducted and its findings.

Developing and implementing plans to materialize the company’s strategy, conducting research and data analysis to support business decisions.

Aligning departments goals with overall strategy.

Monitoring industry trends, providing insights into organizational changes, supporting senior executives in making effective decisions.

Min. 5 years of experience in building and implementing strategic planning processes.

Deep knowledge and understanding of balanced scorecard methodology, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for business performance.

Excellent analytical skills, familiarized with strategic planification tools.

Strong track record of creating positive relations with different stakeholders.

Superb written and verbal communication skills.

Fluency in English is a must.
