Context of the Position

At Nextlane, Customer Success is a key role. Our team goes beyond support — we partner with customers to help them adopt our solutions, achieve their goals, and create long-lasting value.

As a key member of the team, you will :

  • Take ownership of customer satisfaction and engagement, ensuring they see real impact from our solutions.
  • Guide customers in applying best practices, empowering them to get the most out of our products.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our customers and their strongest advocate within Nextlane — shaping product evolution and helping orchestrate seamless operations.
  • Your Responsibilities :

    As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for :

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Drive product adoption by guiding customers in applying best practices and maximizing the value of Nextlane solutions.
  • Monitor customer health, proactively addressing risks to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams, influencing product improvements and operational processes.
