To lead this evolution, they’re seeking a Principal Product Engineer , a hands-on, innovative professional ready to help shape the next generation of their products.

The Role

As Principal Product Engineer , you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, working closely with the VP of Engineering to design and implement the architecture for next-generation products and services.

This is a hands-on and highly creative role , ideal for someone who thrives on building from scratch, experimenting with new ideas, and translating them into real, scalable solutions.

You’ll collaborate across engineering and product teams to bring new concepts to life, from early-stage proofs of concept to production-ready systems, while keeping an eye on performance, scalability, and long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Engineering to design architecture for new products and services.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand business needs and propose technical solutions.
• Explore and validate new technologies, including potential applications of AI and interactive content innovation.
• Develop and maintain proofs of concept (POCs) for new ideas.
• Serve as a technical reference point for complex architectural challenges.
• Contribute to the modernization of existing systems and propose forward-thinking solutions.
• Work autonomously with strong DevOps support and freedom to choose technologies (Python, Go, etc.) when justified.
