We are seeking a skilled analyst to develop and implement methodologies to identify, quantify, and mitigate climate-related physical risks and nature risks.
About the Role
Develop and implement climate risk models and methodologies
Collaborate with teams to quantify and mitigate physical climate risks
Contribute to the development of a library of climate hazard and vulnerability models
Provide advice and support for operational insertion activities
Requirements
Strong academic background in physics, mathematics, quantitative finance, or similar
5+ years of experience in quantitative financial risk modeling, physical climate risk, or climate / environmental research
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and scientific research
Strong coding skills in Python and knowledge of statically compiled languages

Key Responsibilities
As a Climate Risk Modeler, you will be responsible for developing and implementing climate risk models and methodologies to help us better understand and manage climate-related risks. You will collaborate with our teams to quantify and mitigate physical climate risks and contribute to the development of a library of climate hazard and vulnerability models.
