Our B2B SaaS client has around 350 FTE and is working in the travel software industry.
They look for native-level German speakers to join their Barcelona-based DACH sales team covering Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Role
Full cycle position : you will manage the full sales process from first contact to contract signature for at least the first year.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature.
- Research and prospect for new clients in the DACH region.
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email and other touchpoints.
- Present our solution to a range of people (C‑Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
- Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
Qualifications
Native level of German and good level of English (both written and spoken).At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top‑performer SDR.No excuses attitude : success depends on you.Hunger : not afraid of challenges and eager to raise the bar every day.Proactivity : actively propose value‑creating solutions and not afraid of mistakes.Flexibility : comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment with few certainties.Benefits
