Overview

Responsibilities
- Build scalable, high-quality applications across the frontend stack and collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver an intuitive and inclusive user experience.
- Participate in accessibility audits, inclusive design reviews, and testing with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver).
- Create efficient, reusable front-end components with React, Vue, or Angular; implement accessibility validation tools (AXE, WAVE, Lighthouse, Pa11y).
- Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in web accessibility and frontend development.
- Design, optimize, and maintain frontend code with strong problem-solving skills, both independently and as part of a team.
- Collaborate on the design and maintenance of database structures to ensure data integrity and performance.
Qualifications
7 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.Experience with one or more frontend frameworks : React, Vue, or Angular.Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and version control tools (Git / GitHub / GitLab).Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, WAI-ARIA, W3C guidelines).Proven experience with responsive design, performance optimization, and web services.Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.Experience with accessibility audits, inclusive design reviews, and testing with screen readers.Ability to create efficient, reusable front-end components with React, Vue, or Angular.Design, optimize, and maintain data structures to ensure data integrity and performance.Benefits
