Fintalent is working with a PE-backed healthcare company based in Madrid who is seeking an experienced M&A consultant for a 2-4 month on-site engagement to support active transaction processes.

Key responsibilities :

Develop detailed financial models for potential acquisitions

Prepare and present formal investment committee materials

Lead project management activities throughout due diligence processes

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors

Support transaction execution from evaluation through closing

Ideal profile :

Strong M&A consulting or investment banking background

Proven experience in healthcare sector transactions (2-4 years)

Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills

Based in Madrid with availability for full-time on-site engagement

Fluency in Spanish and English

Available for 2-4 month commitment
