YOUR MISSION

Your mission is to lead, grow, and empower the Integrity Line team. You will foster a culture of technical excellence, psychological safety, and rapid, data-informed iteration while ensuring its reliability and scalability. As an Engineering Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Engineering Manager of Whistleblowing to lead and build a team of talented engineers. You will take ownership of the team's technical roadmap, guiding the architectural evolution of the Integrity Line module's C# / .NET backend and Angular SPA to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
