We are looking for a leader to manage our team and ensure the success of our production processes. As an Adjunto / a Jefe de Producción, you will be responsible for supervising all activities related to plant production, ensuring that quality, efficiency, and sustainability standards are met.

In this role, you will lead diverse teams, promoting an inclusive and motivating environment aligned with our social and environmental commitments. Your expertise in process improvement and collaboration will help drive excellence in our operations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and experience in interdisciplinarity collaboration. They will also possess strong leadership skills, creativity, and a passion for innovation.
