Responsibilities :
Perform risk analysis on mechanical designs (robotic stations including robot arms, platforms, and other process-related equipment), as well as on electrical and pneumatic systems, in compliance with the Machinery Directive.Define the safety concept in collaboration with the project team.Establish safety functions and determine their required Performance Levels (PL) based on the risk analysis.Validate the Performance Levels of safety functions through SISTEMA modeling (ISO 13849).Recommend technical and architectural improvements to achieve the required PL.Ensure technical coordination of the multidisciplinary team (mechanical, electrical / electronic, pneumatic) involved in safety design.Requirements :
Degree in Mechatronics or Safety Engineering, with a strong background in mechanics and electronics.In-depth knowledge of safety components (safety PLCs, relays, light curtains, sensors, etc.) and their implementation.Solid understanding of the Machinery Directive, ISO 12100, and ISO 13849 standards.Ability to visualize 3D models using CATIA V5.Professional level of English (technical and written).
