Qualifications A minimum of 3 years experience as a dealer in table games, preferably with shipboard experience.

Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Completion of a Gaming Board-approved dealer school is required.
Possess a valid certification in conflict resolution and crisis management.
