• Responsibilities
• : - Develop and execute the strategic business plan for Spain, including market expansion, user acquisition, and revenue growth.- Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including customer support, marketing campaigns, and partnership development.- Drive brand awareness and engagement through targeted marketing initiatives, social media channels, and community events.- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and industry partners.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and compliance, to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the local team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Qualifications
• : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 10 years of experience in marketing and / or business development.- Prior experience as a crypto country manager or in the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable.- Strong understanding of the Spanish market, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscape.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.- Fluent in both Spanish and English languages, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
