In this role you will supervise and efficiently manage the ECI stores assigned to your area, working to ensure the operational, financial, and commercial success of each in the region.

Responsibilities

• Operations Supervision – Monitor brand standards, ensure compliance, and implement efficient business practices.
• Staff Management – Train, motivate, and align the team with business objectives; liaise between store staff, commercial and P&C departments.
• Inventory Management – Oversee merchandise movements, maintain adequate stock levels, and place necessary orders.
• Sales Strategy Development – Collaborate with employees to develop strategies that drive growth and market share.
• Performance Analysis – Evaluate key metrics (sales, customer satisfaction, profitability, efficiency) and develop action plans.
• Regulatory Compliance – Ensure all stores meet industry regulations and company standards.
• VM Management – Implement product rotation, reinforce zones, and maintain visual presentation across the area.
