We are looking for a Data & AI Product Lead to drive the data strategy and governance across our Manufacturing and Supply Chain platforms. You will shape the platform data roadmap, manage data domains, and deliver trusted, reusable, and compliant data products that power intelligent decision-making end to end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the data strategy : Define and maintain the platform’s data roadmap, aligning with business goals and priorities.
  • Activate and govern data domains : Establish clear ownership, ensure data quality, and drive compliance with enterprise governance standards.
  • Deliver reusable data products : Build and manage a catalog of trusted data products, ensuring they are discoverable, secure, and well-documented.
  • Enable platform adoption : Partner with architects to align with enterprise standards and promote scalable, efficient delivery practices.
  • Lead and collaborate : Represent the platform in enterprise data councils, manage stakeholders, and guide teams toward impactful outcomes.

  • Proven experience in data governance, domain management, and data product leadership within a platform model.
  • Strong stakeholder management and roadmap planning skills.
  • Deep understanding of Manufacturing or Supply Chain data (e.g., MES, quality, logistics, planning).
  • Hands-on expertise with modern data platforms (Databricks, Unity Catalog, Informatica, dbt, Power BI, Azure DevOps).
  • A systems mindset — balancing standards and flexibility while promoting reuse and scalability.
