What you will do in this role In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.

As a Team Leader on our team, you will :

Team & Performance Management : Monitor and report team / individual performance, give regular feedback, conduct appraisals, manage disciplinary issues, suggest promotions, motivate staff, and control turnover

Training & Development : Track training needs, support onboarding, provide technical / communication skill development, and delegate tasks to foster growth

Recruitment & Staffing : Collaborate with HR on hiring, participate in interviews, request new hires when needed, and ensure backup coverage

Customer & Client Relations : Maintain contact with customers, handle escalations and complaints, attend service-level reviews, and support in emergencies

Operations & Organization : Distribute workload, define / update processes, manage internal tools, ensure procedures are followed, and resolve logistical issues

Reporting & Quality : Collect, analyze, and share performance metrics, conduct quality checks, and propose improvements in bonuses, reporting, and procedures

Are proficient or bilingual in English

Minimum 6 months’ experience as a senior agent (mentor) or agent, preferably within a project.

Strong leadership, people management, and team-building abilities.

Excellent communication and customer care skills.

Strong organizational and change management capacity.

Proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel.

Full time 39 hours / week contract : Monday to Saturday from 9 : 00 to 18 : 00

Salary 23000 euros gross / year + up to 3180 euros gross / year in bonus + private medical insurance
