Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our organization. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of digital marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.

Your primary focus will be on supervising, motivating, and developing your team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

You will also be the point of contact for all team-related matters and will be responsible for setting clear goals, overseeing day-to-day operations, and monitoring team performance.

In addition, you will work closely with other teams to achieve project goals and develop team members towards the next stage of their careers.

Main Responsibilities Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

Set clear team goals, oversee, and manage day-to-day operations.

Monitor team performance and motivate team members to achieve all goals.

Achieve monthly / quarterly KPIs as set by the client.

Recognize high-performance and reward accomplishments.

Mediate and resolve any conflicts or issues.

Suggest and organize team-building activities.

Develop team members towards the next stage of their careers.

Requirements Fluent in English.

Minimum 2 years of experience managing / supporting teams.

Experience / training in Digital Marketing.

Strong functional experience with Google Suite (apps).

Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly communicate in a dynamic environment across all levels.

Analytical with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to exercise mature judgment and structured decision-making.

Stakeholder management, experience working across teams and locations.
