Position Overview
The prime role is to ensure that products are manufactured and distributed in compliance with appropriate legislation and policies. We coordinate and organize safety testing with R&D and CROs aligning with product development timelines.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Regulatory approval of new prototypes, product copy and artwork.
- Support the Regulatory & Safety area in maintaining SAP data (introduce raw material composition and impurities, regulatory & company policy sentences, formulas from third party, safety data, etc.).
- Keep updated with changes in regulatory legislation and guidelines.
- Manage the Fragrance review : contact fragrance suppliers to get all required information to check Handbook compliance (IFRA, CMR, …). Track it into our internal fragrance tool.
- Coordinate and organize safety testing with R&D and CROs aligning with product development timelines (create POs, manage samples, etc.).
- Track and communicate test status and communicate with Product safety, R&D, Product Development and Marketing functions. Update test information in system for product release.
- Maintain and update testing budget and PO trackers and track and coordinate invoices.
Experience & Education
Education :
BS in a scientific discipline (Pharmaceuticals, Biological Sciences, etc.).Advanced english level.Experience :
