Overview We have an exciting role which allows you to lead and grow Meril’s Arthroplasty (TKR & THR) division. The role brings a chance to demonstrate your leadership and contribute to the growth of the business.
Responsibilities To achieve required sales targets and objectives as agreed with sales leader
Responsible for the development of commercial proposals incorporating clinical data for Clinical, Procurement and Finance stakeholders
Provide clear forecast and market intelligence data for the defined Area of work to include competitor usage and share
Liaise closely with the supply team to manage customer expectation and ensure accurate revenue generation
Agree and implement a Business Development Plan across the Region with the sales leader
Continually develop new business opportunities through prospecting new accounts and providing business proposals and implementation plans for the conversion of key accounts
Liaise with key opinion leaders and all key stakeholders within each target
