Team Management : Lead and mentor a diverse team of chefs, service staff, and supervisors to maintain 5-star standards. Vendor & Chef Collaboration : Work closely with the appointed gastronomic consultant / chef to implement curated menus, presentation styles, and ambience strategies. Operational Excellence : Manage daily operations including inventory, staffing, hygiene, and compliance with local regulations. Guest Experience : Ensure exceptional service delivery tailored to different lounge segments (VIP, business, etc. ). Budget & Cost Control : Develop and manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive profitability without compromising quality. Local Market Integration : Leverage knowledge of Spanish culinary trends and supplier networks to enhance offerings. Event & Banquet Oversight : Coordinate special events, banquets, and seasonal activations within the lounges. Language : Native or fluent Spanish speaker. Experience : Minimum 10 years in F&B leadership roles within luxury 5-star hotels or high-end hospitality environments. Background : Proven track record in both banquet operations and restaurant management . Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multicultural teams and high-pressure environments. Knowledge : Deep understanding of Spanish culinary culture, guest expectations, and service excellence.
