✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- 8+ years of experience in service design, UX, experience strategy, or related fields.
- Deep expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping, and design thinking methodologies .
- Strong background in user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor design teams.
- Proficiency in tools such as Miro, Figma, FigJam, Jira, and Confluence .
- Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in facilitating ideation, synthesis, and co-creation workshops.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have :
Experience in Food & Beverage or Luxury Brand sectors.Background in B2B, B2C , or omnichannel service environments.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Design and optimize end-to-end service experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.Create customer journey maps, service blueprints, and experience frameworks.Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and pain points.Translate insights into strategic opportunities and service improvements.Collaborate with product, tech, marketing, and business teams to align design with goals.Define and monitor service experience metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT, usability).Promote inclusive design, accessibility, and design thinking across the organization.Mentor junior and mid-level designers in areas like persona development and data analysis.Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate emerging practices into service design.
