You will be part of their Technology & Innovation department within the Portable Power and Flow Division. Their mission is to scout, evaluate, and implement cutting‑edge solutions—from energy sources to control systems and connectivity—to deliver unique, efficient, and high‑performance products.
We are looking for a technology-driven, creative, and hands‑on R&D ENGINEER with a strong background in electrical / electronic systems, software, system integration, and energy technologies.

Your main goal will be to develop energy‑efficient, intelligent, and modular systems that push the boundaries of current technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end aspects such as technical definitions and integration specifications.
- Scout global markets for state-of-the-art technologies and benchmark to select the most suitable solutions.
- Perform end-to-end tests and exhaustive procedures to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Design and build prototypes (hands‑on) to validate new concepts.
- Lead and support internal and external development projects, ensuring alignment with technical and business goals.
- Support engineering roll‑out with technical instructions and user manuals.
- Deliver innovative building blocks and subsystems that provide a competitive edge, developing intellectual property and added value.
Technical Profile
Demostrated experience developing technological projects in industrial environments.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).Solid knowledge of power generation systems, energy management, and hybridization (solar, wind, hydrogen, etc.).Strong expertise in Power Electronics.Experience with Batteries, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), DC / AC converters, or Smart Grids.Fluent in English (essential for daily work).Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a hands‑on approach to experimentation and testing.Nice to have :
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols, IoT, and remote monitoring systems.Basic programming skills (e.g., PLC, HMI, JavaScript, Codesys, Python, or similar).Personality Requirements
