This is a pivotal moment : the firm is investing in senior leadership to execute growth ambitions to double the size of their practice within the next year and establish market‐defining capabilities over the next three.

The Opportunity

We are seeking three Directors across Europe to spearhead the next phase of growth. These are not incremental delivery roles, they are market‐making leadership positions where you will set go‐to‐market strategy, build practices, and develop capabilities that redefine client impact.

Your Role

Architect and execute growth strategy for the Data & AI practice in your region.

Develop and scale capabilities across AI Strategy, AI & Data Governance, Data Strategy, and Generative AI and Data transformation, ensuring the practice is future‐ready.

Engage senior stakeholders at board and executive level, translating complex challenges into transformative solutions.

Drive market entry and expansion, positioning the firm as a trusted partner in Europe's evolving Data & AI landscape.

Lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and client‐centric delivery.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record of building and scaling practices within a top‐tier consultancy or technology services firm.

Deep expertise across AI Strategy, Generative AI, Data Strategy, Data Governance and Data Management, with the ability to translate vision into execution.

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with gravitas at C‐suite level.

Demonstrated ability to set go‐to‐market strategy and deliver measurable growth.

Passion for shaping the future of Data & AI consulting and creating lasting client impact.
