About the Role :

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience in back‑end and front‑end development, system automation, and seamless integrations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills (Python, APIs, cloud platforms, front‑end frameworks) with a user‑focused mindset to deliver efficient and visually appealing solutions.

This role will design and develop full‑stack applications, embed AI‑powered features, and ensure data integrity across our recruitment and consultancy systems. It is a client‑centric and strategic position with the opportunity to drive innovation and directly shape the future of People Tech at BlueQuo.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Streamline workflows within recruitment and consultancy systems through scalable solutions.
• Integrate tools and infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
• Build and maintain back‑end services and APIs for ATS, CRM, and AI system integrations.
• Develop intuitive and user‑friendly front‑end components and interfaces.
• Ensure data integrity and reliability across platforms.
• Embed AI functionalities directly into recruitment and consultancy workflows.
• Implement automated testing for integrations, applications, and AI solutions.
• Monitor system performance and ensure robustness and scalability.Gather user feedback and deliver continuous improvements.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices.
• Design custom dashboards, reports, and analytics for data‑driven decision‑making.
• Propose and implement innovative tools that add client value and boost efficiency.
