AI Engineer

We are collaborating with an innovative and fast-growing tech company developing an AI-powered SaaS platform used by creative, media, and brand teams to improve advertising performance. Their product combines computer vision, predictive analytics, and creative insights to help clients understand what makes an ad effective — and optimize it instantly.

They are now looking for a AI Engineer to join their team and contribute to the next generation of AI tools that power their product.

The Role

You’ll be part of the core AI group, contributing to the development, optimization, and deployment of machine learning models that directly shape how users analyze and enhance creative assets.

Your work will touch several areas : computer vision, predictive modeling, model deployment, and creative performance analytics. You’ll collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams, helping transform complex technical challenges into meaningful product features.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building reliable ML pipelines, experimenting with new methods, and connecting technical work with real product impact — all within a supportive, curious, and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

Develop, optimize, and maintain machine learning models for computer vision and predictive analytics.

Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate new AI functionalities into the platform.

Ensure models are efficient, scalable, and robust in production environments.

Improve and maintain existing AI features, adopting new approaches when they bring clear value.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design decisions.

Run ad-hoc analyses to evaluate creative effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

Work with Python, TensorFlow / PyTorch, Docker, and cloud-based ML services.

What We’re Looking For

Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Experience with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker).

Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.

Hands-on experience deploying models into production environments.

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly.

Experience in data science or statistical analysis.

Prior experience in product-based or startup environments is a plus.

Fluent in English (Spanish optional).

Technical degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to Have

Experience with GCP and cloud-based AI services.

Familiarity with front-end technologies related to AI-driven products.

Experience working with large datasets and data engineering workflows.
