JOB DESCRIPTION
Devolutions is seeking a talented
German-speaking customer support technician
to expand our customer support service in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, and other locations in Europe. The customer support technician at Devolutions plays an essential role in the technical support of our customers by providing first-level assistance for our products. You will be the initial point of contact for our customers and play a key role in resolving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are passionate about technology, have excellent communication skills and are customer service oriented, this is the job for you.
