Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, the Candidate Experience Partner ensures a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. By leveraging data-driven insights, applying advanced sourcing techniques, and promoting diversity and inclusion, this role plays a key part in shaping our clients future workforce.
Analyze sourcing and conversion data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess the efficiency of sourcing efforts and optimize recruitment strategies.
Conduct phone screens and / or video interviews (live or on-demand), document feedback, and ensure timely follow-up with Hiring Managers regarding candidate suitability.
Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to improve talent acquisition processes, ensuring efficiency and innovation in sourcing and candidate engagement.
English and Portuguese native or advanced are a must.
~In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques, social media and professional networking platforms (e.G., Strong understanding of labor market trends, talent availability, and industry-specific recruitment challenges to inform sourcing strategies and advise hiring managers.
